"Together with Ben, I played football in the selection for a couple of years, I wanted to become stronger in my duels and went to the gym, and Ben helped me with a training schedule based on crossfit exercises. became stronger, but not much heavier (especially on strength endurance), so that I kept my speed in football.In short, his schedule was effective and I saw results.
